Stag Nights Hen Parties in Edinburgh Princess Street is where many Hen Parties go to shop, running parralel with Princess Street is Rose Street which has more pubs than any other street in Edinburgh. George Street which is close by has more upmarket pubs. Many stag parties end up in the Grassmarket and the West Port which is likely to be an area that stag parties prefer.
